To accommodate exceptional care for a high volume of patients, patients must have a way to self-check their action plan, nutrition, medication, calendar of appointments, and more.

Role
As product and UX designer, I led several design efforts (including user research, hands-on design, and managing day-to-day deliverables) and facilitated software development by working directly on quality assurance with engineers. I was also responsible for making the user journey clear, easy and consistent, to ensure using the app is a pleasant, convenient experience.
